True Zero is a consultancy that specializes in Splunk professional services. I am focused on the development and delivery of innovative Splunk solutions to clientele in healthcare and the public sector.

RedFactor is a hyper-specialized ISV focused on developing Splunk solutions that empower admin teams, enable Splunk as a service, and extend the platform’s capabilities. My day-to-day focus is on product development and management.

I led three teams of talented sales engineers dedicated to the success of Federal civilian customers. Together we helped customers solve complex enterprise and mission challenges through the machine data collection, visualization, and analytics capabilities of the Splunk platform.

On contract with CBP in the role of Principal Network Management Systems Engineer, I designed and implemented the enterprise NOC tool suite, enterprise DNS/DHCP, and enterprise logging infrastructure. I also supported DR/COOP activities, designed secure wireless infrastructure, and developed purpose-built applications/scripts.

I provided consultation, support, and technical training to an alliance of four-hundred organizations internationally. I also led external teams developing enterprise-class content management system application, maintained the product roadmap, and managed the Gospelcom.net Support team.

I deployed and managed all network and server infrastructure for a regional ISP/iLEC. I also orovided network and systems engineering to banking and education (K12) clientele.
